• Install, commission, and test-run precision machining equipment
• Set machining parameters such as spindle speed, feed rate, and cutting depth
• Perform first-piece trial machining and verify dimensions and tolerances
• Adjust and calibrate tools, fixtures, gauges, and auxiliary equipment
• Inspect machine accuracy, spindle performance, and positioning precision
• Troubleshoot machining issues such as dimensional errors, vibration, and tool wear
• Optimize machining processes and improve production efficiency and product quality
• Carry out daily machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and inspections
• Record commissioning data, inspection results, and abnormality reports
• Coordinate with production, quality, process, and maintenance teams
• Follow workshop safety procedures and use PPE correctly
• Train and guide operators on machine usage and basic troubleshooting

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in CNC machining, machine setup, or commissioning
• Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Knowledge of machining parameters, tooling, fixtures, and precision measuring instruments
• Skilled in machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization
• Familiar with machine maintenance and safety procedures
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required
• CNC programming knowledge is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
