Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities :

  • Design marketing materials including posters, brochures, catalogues, buntings, banners, flyers, packaging artwork, and promotional materials.
  • Produce and edit short promotional videos and digital content for advertising and social media campaigns.
  • Capture and edit product photos and videos for online advertising, social media, e-commerce platforms, and customized products.
  • Design plastic bag artwork and packaging designs for existing and new customers based on customer requirements.
  • Involved in all company design-related matters, including business cards, email signatures, letterheads, envelopes, logos, stickers, labels, packaging, and corporate branding materials.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance.
  • Maintain consistency of company branding, visual identity, and design standards across all platforms and materials.
  • Plan, coordinate, and assist in executing all marketing and promotional activities.
  • Create creative and visually appealing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and company website.
  • Ensure timely updates of company website, social media accounts, and online marketplace information.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, orders, and messages through social media platforms, WhatsApp, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and other online channels.
  • Managing and operating TikTok Shop and Shopee sales activities, including processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries.
  • Prepare products for online orders, including packing, wrapping, labelling, and arranging postage/courier shipments.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify current design trends and marketing ideas.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, campaign performance analysis, and sales support materials.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirement & Skill :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in graphic design, marketing, social media management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing social media and e-commerce platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and a website.
  • Proficient in design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Canva, CapCut, and video editing tools.
  • Knowledge in photography, videography, and product styling is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media trends.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to assist in operational tasks such as order packing, wrapping, and shipment arrangements.
  • Positive working attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
