Kerja Sepenuh Masa, SITE SUPERVISOR di NZMVENTURES SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor ( BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ) to oversee daily construction activities, manage workforce, and ensure project progress meets schedule and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and workers
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications & timeline
• Monitor site progress and report to Project Manager
• Ensure quality control of construction work
• Manage site materials and manpower allocation
• Solve site issues and coordinate solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience (building construction).
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) is an advantage.
• Possess good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Working days : 5.5 days ( Saturday halfday )

Location : JOHOR BAHRU

Salary: Based on experience and qualification
