Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full sets of accounts including daily transactions and month-end closing.

2. Prepare yearly financial reports and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audited reports.

3. Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, document processing, and systematic record-keeping.

4. Maintain proper filing of accounting records, financial documents, and statutory documentation.

5. Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, lawyers, suppliers and customers.

6. Provide administrative support related to finance, sales, documentation, and office operations.

7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial and administrative information.

8. Carry out ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Preferably a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

- Experience in audit firm, property development or construction industry is an added advantage.

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience using accounting software.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
