Job Scope

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company software systems
• Ensure all physical & digital filing is organized, updated, and easily accessible
• Assist colleagues in preparing relevant documentation (eg : printing, scanning)
• Monitor pending payments and ensure they are processed within due dates
• Update database & spreadsheets
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Supporting HR tasks like attendance records
• Assist with receipt & eInvoice
• Verifying data accuracy and correcting errors
• Draft simple letters, memos, or forms

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma above is an advantage)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
• Able to perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organizational and filing skills
• Able to handle administrative and clerical tasks independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
