Position Title : Operation Assistant

Industry : Recon Car / Automotive

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in the overall operations and administrative activities related to recon car import and delivery processes.
• Handle documentation for Bill of Lading (BL), Approved Permit (AP) applications, and other import-related paperwork.
• Liaise and coordinate with forwarders, customs agents, and insurance companies to ensure smooth handling of vehicles from port arrival to delivery.
• Manage the vehicle registration process, including road tax, insurance, and JPJ submissions.
• Arrange vehicle inspection appointments and ensure all inspection requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper record-keeping of all import and registration documents.
• Support daily operational tasks such as vehicle movement coordination, document filing, and report preparation.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments such as sales, admin, and accounts to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall business operations.

Job Requirements :

• Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in recon car industry is required, with knowledge of BL, AP, and import procedures.
• Familiar with vehicle registration, insurance renewal, and inspection arrangements.
• Good communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office , automotive system and documentation handling.
• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive in problem-solving.
