Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize sports club activities, events, and tournaments (e.g., futsal, badminton, running, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s sports club
• Engage employees and encourage participation in sports and wellness programs
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (venues, coaches, equipment suppliers)
• Monitor participation rates and gather feedback to improve future activities
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and logistics for all sports-related initiatives
• Ensure safety guidelines and proper conduct during activities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Sports Science, Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field
• Passion for sports and employee engagement activities
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple events/projects
• Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends) when required for events

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
