Kerja Sepenuh Masa SENIOR PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE- MANAGER, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di Aquatex Industries Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to prioritize, plan, schedule and manage production activities within specifications and deadlines.
• Assign daily workload and shift schedules to team members for seamless production and to avoid downtime and delays.
• Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery and compliance with customers’ requirements.
• Perform quality checking and inventory management of warehouse for raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Schedule equipment maintenance and inspection on regular basis.
• Investigate production issues and develop solutions.
• Suggest process improvements to improve workflow efficiency and enhance production quality and capacity.
• Recommend cost reduction initiatives to improve efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Organize and schedule job trainings to team members to achieve production goals.
• Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Ensure that team follows company policies, SOP, safety standards and meet ISO requirements.
• Communicate production updates, issues, errors and possible solutions to Management on a regular basis.
• Generate production, equipment, material, manpower and budget expenses related reports when needed.

• Have self-initiative, good multi-tasking skills, is able to work independently and is still a team player
• Able to manage team members, communicate clearly and work well with people
• Actual manufacturing environment experience preferred

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
