Join Our Team as a Dental Receptionist / Clinic Assistant!
LOCATION: KLINIK PERGIGIAN I- SIHAT TMN BUKIT DAHLIA, PASIR GUDANG
Are you a friendly, organized, and people-oriented individual? We’re looking for a dedicated Dental Receptionist / Clinic Assistant to be the welcoming face of our clinic and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Scheduling
- Warmly welcome and check in patients
- Manage appointments (scheduling, rescheduling & confirmations)
- Ensure smooth patient flow for maximum clinic efficiency
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
- Handle documentation, emails, and incoming mail
- Keep the reception area clean, professional, and organized
Communication & Coordination
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Liaise with dental suppliers and other clinics when needed
Financial & Insurance Handling
- Verify patient insurance coverage
- Submit claims and process payments
- Explain treatment costs and financial plans clearly
Patient Care Coordination
- Follow up on missed appointments
- Assist patients in understanding clinic policies and procedures
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills – Friendly, patient-focused, and able to ease patient anxiety
- Strong Communication – Clear verbal and written communication
- Tech-Savvy – Familiar with dental software (e.g., Dentrix), Microsoft Word & Excel
- Highly Organized – Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dental Knowledge – Basic understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes is an advantage
