From HR rostering to finance P&L, we leverage a tech stack ranging from Google Forms to professional platforms like QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Autocount Payroll. This internship offers a hands-on 360 view of how technology drives traditional F&B excellence.

What You Will Learn

• Operations Mastery: Learn the standard operating procedures (SOP) for all 4 kitchen stations: Tong Sui, Savory Food, Desserts, and Preparation.
• Service Excellence: Master the POS system and learn to professionally handle customer feedback to maintain our 5-star brand reputation.
• System Integration: Gain experience using Google Forms for data collection and AutoCount Payroll for attendance and staff management.
• Financial Operations: Learn the flow of financial documentation, from understanding supplier invoices to tracking them in the system

What We Look For:

• Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Psychology or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Contract length: 3-6 months

Allowance: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
