Job Specilization : Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

1) To assist the Senior Executive & Executive in the production of tender documents, measurement of quantities, site valuations for progress interim payment certificate and final account statement.

2) Taking off quantity, controlling and monitoring accessories / materials needed for the project.

3) To assist in the preparation of the tender BQ, submittals and proposals

4) To assist and/or coordinate the tender documents submittals

5) Other related duties as assigned by superior

Job Highlights:

1) Bachelor’s Degree holder in Quantity Surveying / Building.

2) Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.

3) Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
