Tanggungjawab
Human Resource (HR):
Manage full cycle of recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files)
Handle payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory contributions
Monitor staff attendance, overtime, and leave records
Assist in performance management and staff appraisal
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
Account Assistant:
Handle basic accounting tasks (invoicing, payment records, receipts)
Prepare quotations, invoices and simple financial reports
Assist with payroll, OT calculation and basic HR documentation
Manage administrative duties and office coordination
Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical & digital)
Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal teams
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Account, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of working experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Additional (Optional):
Experience handling payroll systems
Familiar with HR software or systems
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
