Key Responsibilities

1. Site Logistics Coordination

• Plan and manage delivery schedules for construction materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and transporters.
• Ensure timely arrival of materials to avoid project delays.

2. Material Handling & Storage

• Supervise loading, unloading, and proper storage of materials on site.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage or damage.

3. Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement team for material requisition.

4. Equipment & Machinery Management

• Oversee movement and allocation of machinery and equipment on site.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance coordination.
• Track equipment usage and availability.

5. Site Coordination

• Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Ensure logistics support aligns with construction schedule.
• Resolve site logistic issues promptly.

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations.
• Enforce proper handling procedures and use of PPE.
• Maintain clean and organized storage and working areas.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports.
• Maintain delivery orders (DO), invoices, and stock records.
• Report delays, shortages, or damages to management.

Requirements Education & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in construction site logistics or similar role.
• Experience in building construction projects is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork ability.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with inventory systems and documentation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
