Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate hardscape works (paving, retaining walls, water features, drainage) and softscape works (planting, soil preparation, turfing).
• Monitor and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Inspect and ensure quality of workmanship and materials used.
• Oversee installation of landscape elements
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to communicate progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
• Attend site meetings and ensure effective follow-up of issues raised.
• Ensure all activities comply with company safety regulations and statutory health & safety requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce safe work practices on-site.
• Maintain accurate site records including work progress, manpower deployment, material deliveries, and site photos.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to project management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience in landscape / construction (hardscape & softscape).
• Proven experience in managing both structural and planting works in landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and horticulture.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and landscape drawings.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, AutoCAD or similar).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
