• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes to monitor and maintain product quality
• Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Analysing production data and identifying trends to prevent and resolve quality issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Continuously researching and implementing new quality assurance techniques and technologies

Requirement

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,806.81 - RM7,438.92 per month
