Full Time Sales Merchandiser at Klang Valley Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Axim Global Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sales Merchandiser to support our distribution network across assigned outlets. This role ensures that our toy products are consistently well‑stocked, neatly displayed, and performing well on shelves. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of maintaining strong store relationships to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities1. Merchandising & Stock Replenishment

• Replenish stocks on schedule according to the visit plan.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, tidy, and aligned with brand merchandising standards.
• Arrange and maintain attractive product displays to drive visibility and sales.
• Perform stock rotation (FIFO) and replace old or damaged products when necessary.

2. Store Visits & Schedule Compliance

• Follow the assigned outlet visit schedule consistently.
• Complete check-ins and reporting requirements for each visit.
• Build good relationships with store managers and floor staff.

3. Stock Monitoring & Sales Support

• Monitor product movement and identify fast‑moving and slow‑moving items.
• Provide timely feedback on stock levels, sales trends, and competitor activities.
• Request replenishment orders when stock is low.
• Execute promotional activities, price changes, and POSM setup when required.

4. Reporting & Communication

• Submit accurate daily/weekly reports on stock levels, shelf conditions, and store feedback.
• Communicate with the sales team regarding issues such as out‑of‑stock, space challenges, or display opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; experience in merchandising is an advantage.
• Able to travel between assigned outlets; own transport preferred.
• Strong time management and discipline in following schedules.
• Physically able to handle stock replenishment tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Advantages

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
