Tanggungjawab

  • Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Handle filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other company documents
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate office maintenance
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and staff coordination
  • Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave record administration
  • Maintain proper records and ensure documents are updated
  • Support management in day-to-day operations
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
