Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Warehouse Supervisor di Ocean Link Freight Services Selangor - Maukerja

• Submit invoice and packing list to forwarder for customs declaration.
• Liase with shipping agent.
• Liase with relevant authorities such as customs and others.
• Responsible to ensure the shipping documents are complete and accurate, timely dispatch of shipment advise to inter-department and customers.
• To prepare billings once each of the jobs are done with customs clearance.
• Monitor cargo in and out for warehouse division and also preparing billings for warehouse monthly storage charges.
• New assignments from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with experience in related shipping, fowarding, warehousing and documentation.
• Willing to work as a team.
• Independent, discipline and good time management.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
