Key Responsibilities
Responsible of oversee the customer support department’s day-to-day functions as well as establish standards and protocols to be used by the customer service team to promote customer satisfaction.
Including but not limited to the following:
- Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customers
- Provide internal sales support which including preparing quotation, confirmation order, delivery order, invoices and other relevant documents
- Assist sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track on collection
- Co-ordinate with logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customer
- Liaise with customers to provide update order status
- Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports
- Communicate with customer via official emails regarding documentation submission, documentation status monitoring, customer approval status monitoring.
- Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required.
- Maintain files of all documentation and records (physical and digital) required for individual jobs.
KEY REQUIREMETNS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Detailed oriented and passionate towards serving others with great enthusiasm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
