Full Time PROJECT EXECUTIVE (CLAIM) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in PAKAR SELIA TEGUH SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Fully responsible for the provision of reports and data collection for the monthly (Interim) claims report.
• Assist site supervisor/ AFM/ FM to compile, record, update data efficiently and professionally in controlling SAKU system.
• To supervise, store and process work claims from subcontractors and engineers. - To ensure proper record and storage of claims documents.
• Regularly update and update the status of claims to ensure the company's interests are properly maintained and in line with monthly claims (Interim) and JKR police. - Ensure adherence to policies, guidelines and regulations.
• Overall operations planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project setup objectives.
• Other Ad-Hoc tasks as assigned by FM/AFM

Requirements :

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering)
• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience.
• Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
• Experience in maintenance and all facets of facility operation.
• Solid computer and systems knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
