Job Overview:

Join Momoyo as a Full-Time Service Crew! We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals to deliver great customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. No experience? No problem—training is provided!

Daily Operations

• Oversee opening and closing of the shop
• Ensure smooth workflow during peak hours (rush periods)
• Maintain speed and accuracy in order preparation

2. Beverage Quality Control

• Ensure all drinks are prepared according to SOP (recipes, sugar/ice levels, toppings)
• Monitor consistency of taste, presentation, and portion control
• Check freshness of ingredients (tea, milk, pearls, toppings)

3. Staff Supervision & Training

• Lead and supervise baristas/crew members
• Train staff on drink preparation, POS system, and service standards
• Prepare duty roster and manage attendance
• Guide team to meet sales and service targets

4. Customer Service

• Ensure friendly and fast service to all customers
• Handle customer complaints (wrong orders, waiting time, quality issues)
• Maintain a positive and welcoming shop environment

5. Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Ensure strict cleanliness of preparation area, equipment, and store
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor personal hygiene of staff

6. Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor daily stock (tea leaves, milk, syrup, pearls, cups, lids, etc.)
• Conduct stock count and place orders when needed
• Minimize wastage and control cost

7. Cash Handling & Reporting

• Oversee cashiering and daily sales closing
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and POS transactions
• Report daily sales and issues to management

8. Equipment Maintenance

• Ensure machines (sealer, shaker, tea brewer) are clean and functioning
• Report any faults or repair needs

Requirements:

• Experience in bubble tea / café / F&B industry preferred
• Leadership and team management skills
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and good attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
