The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of companies under the guidance of the Company Secretary and team, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and performing corporate secretarial duties.
Job Responsibilities and Descriptions
- Handle incorporation of companies
- Prepare board resolutions, meeting minutes, maintain statutory records, and lodge statutory documents with relevant authorities.
- Assist the Company Secretary in advising the Board and Members on corporate secretarial matters.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of statutory records, books and update secretarial documents (e.g., register of members, directors, charges, minutes book).
- Knowledgeable use of MYCOID, MBRS, MYDATA and Stamp Hasil systems for documents filings and other related software.
- Communicate effectively with clients on secretarial matters.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies.
- At least 1 years of working experience in company secretarial firm.
- Proficiency in English, and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Computer literate, especially in using digital software or Microsoft Word.
- Strong sense of responsibility, interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
