The Task:

• Coordinates with all stakeholders to ensure shipment booking, shipping documents are done according to the request date with no mistake.
• Coordinates with all stakeholders to ensure clearances are strictly comply with the rules and regulations.
• Coordination between service providers and warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Prepare payment form for duty & taxes, freight, or any other payments related to logistics.
• Proper shipping documents filing as per authority’s requirement.
• Process control and data maintenance in system.
• High compliance; to ensure implementation, adherence, and participation in all international standards.
• Continuously contribute, develop, and implement ideas that improve performance.
• Other tasks assigned by the superior.

The person:

• Hands-on experience of Customs clearance and CIQ.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Acceptable English both for written and oral.
• Experience with WH is also a plus.
• High responsibility
• Sensitivity and well planned.
• Well coordination with internal and external.
• Scrupulous.
• Aspirant.
• Possess STPM/Certificates/Diploma
• Over 2 years work experience.
• Experience in logistics is a must, experience in transportation preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
