Kerja Sepenuh Masa Design Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,500 di GSE-M Technology Selangor - Maukerja

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Prepare, manage and update project core file

* Responsible in designing automation process line including the sub-process within the line.

* Study process specification as provided by sales team to identify parameters to control

and standards to abide (Aerospace, FM Global, F&B, etc.)

* Design analysis which involve air flow distribution study, heat load and heat distribution study, force analysis, liquid flowrate and pressure study and structural analysis.

* Mechanical and electrical components sizing

* Process flow chart and P&ID generation

* Producing detailed 3D and 2D General Arrangement drawing including its sub-assemblies which also comply with government agency requirement (DOE, DOSH)

* Liaising with drafter to improve machine design in term of workability and cost saving.

* Liaising with Planner in order to ensure every drawings and documents finish on time

* Producing Bill of Quantity and Bill of Material

* Raise PR for components excluding raw material, fastener, adhensive and coating material.

* Communicate with clients for GA drawings and technical specs approval process

* 3D design library updating in PDM for new component

* Produce operation manual and perform post-project review upon project completion

* Perform and verify machine function test before factory acceptance test by client

PRODUCTION SAFETY WORKING ENVIRONMENT @ SAFETY FIRST

* Ensure effective safety cosideration in machine design which cover fabrication, assembly, installation, operation and maintenance

Safety Awareness - beware of basic safety general knowledge; common sense during executing and managing task

Safety Facilities - to aware safety shoes; eye, nose, mouth & body protector & other

in similar capacity on and off site.

QUALIFICATIONS :

* Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant skills & working experiences.

EXPERIENCE:

* Preferably 2 years’ experience in mechanical engineering, procss design, factory system design

or any relevant experiences, fresh graduate will be considered.

COMPETENCIES:

*Familiar with AutoCad, Solidworks, ERP & Microsoft Office

* Have a strong interest in system design, good learning spirit, willing to take challenges and grow with the company

* Preferably 2 years in automation process or relevant experiences

* Certificate, Diploma, Degree or Master’s in Mechanical/CAD CAM/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
