Job Overview

Soybean Factory Production Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and responsible Outlet Supervisor to manage daily outlet operations and lead our team in delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in the F&B or retail industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining high operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B or retail industry.
• Experience managing a small team and handling outlet operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
• Able to create staff rosters, delegate tasks, and manage shift coverage.
• Target-driven with strong customer service and upselling skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets by implementing promotions and leading the team to deliver great customer experiences.
• Increase transaction counts and average bill size through effective upselling and sales strategies.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels while ensuring Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) stays within company benchmarks.
• Ensure operational accuracy and minimize wrong orders to avoid customer complaints.
• Plan manpower effectively by ensuring adequate staff coverage for every shift.
• Ensure all staff training is completed and provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and SOP refreshers.
• Maintain low customer complaint rates across platforms such as Google, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, and other review channels.
• Encourage and collect positive customer reviews while addressing feedback professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently met during internal audits.
• Enforce strict compliance with company SOPs and ensure daily operational checklists are completed.
