We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Retail Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable product advice
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle cashiering, POS transactions, and basic sales reporting

Store Operations

• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
• Assist in stock receiving, tagging, replenishment, and stock counts
• Follow SOPs, pricing accuracy, and loss-prevention guidelines

Brand & Team Support

• Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and brand events
• Represent Montanic’s lifestyle values and service culture
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations

WORKING LOCATION

• Montanic SS2 Petaling Jaya (58 & 60, Jalan SS 2/4a, SS 2, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor) (Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from LRT Taman Bahagia Station)
• Yeti, Sunway Pyramid
• Chakolab, The Gardens Mall
• Kemsite, The Gardens Mall

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
