Job Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and deploy security guards to client sites
- Monitor daily operations, including guard attendance, punctuality, and performance
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure service quality and compliance
- Coordinate with clients to understand security requirements and handle complaints
- Ensure all security personnel adhere to company SOPs and legal regulations
- Prepare duty rosters, incident reports, and operational reports
- Handle emergency situations such as security breaches, accidents, or incidents
- Supervise and support security supervisors and guards in the field
- Manage staff discipline, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate recruitment and on-boarding of new security personnel
- Ensure proper documentation, licensing, and certification of guards
- Monitor equipment usage (CCTV, access control systems, radios, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field
- Proven experience in operations, preferably in a security or facilities management company
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure and emergency situations
- Good knowledge of security procedures and risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a licensed security company
- Knowledge of local security regulations and licensing requirements
- Background in law enforcement, military, or auxiliary police (advantage)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
