Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting & billing operations
  • Prepare and validate invoices, debit notes & credit notes
  • Prepare Statement of Account (SOA) and follow up payment
  • Process payment request and vendor payment
  • Key in accounting entries and assist in bank reconciliation
  • Maintain proper filing for invoices and payment documents
  • Assist in monthly accounting closing and audit support
  • Support basic administrative tasks when required

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting/admin field is preferred
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge in UBS Accounting System is an advantage
  • Familiar with e-Invoice and SST submission
  • Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and multitask

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
