Job Summary

The Kitchen Helper assists the kitchen team in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene to ensure smooth daily operations at Nasi Lemak Hantu.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients such as cutting, washing, and packing food items.
• Help cooks and kitchen staff during food preparation and serving.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools.
• Ensure proper food storage and stock arrangement.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with receiving and organizing supplies and ingredients.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required.
