• Key Responsibilities:
• -Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• -Enter and update financial transactions in accounting software.
• -Help prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• -Support monthly bank and account reconciliations.
• -Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
• -Assist with preparing financial reports and statements.
• -Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
• -Perform general administrative and clerical support for the finance department.
• Qualifications :
• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Accounting
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English
