Manager - Project
Location
- Pulau Pinang- Bayan Lepas/ Bukit Mertajam
- Kuala Lumpur- Setapak
- Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or relevant discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in property development
- Possess sound knowledge and experience in conducting feasibility studies, project planning, tendering, contract administration, construction methodology & process and authority liaisons
- Draw up Master Details Program – Monitoring & tracking
- Must be able to lead a team of professional (Architects, Planners and Engineers)
- Strong leadership, coordination and interpersonal skill
Engineer - Project
Location
- Pulau Pinang- Bayan Lepas/ Bukit Mertajam
- Kuala Lumpur- Setapak
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent
- Preferable 5 years relevant experience in property development
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong background in design, construction coordination and management
- Provide & compile project reports
- Must be able to supervise and comply with quality requirement
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance
Supervisor - Project
Location
- Pulau Pinang- Bayan Lepas/ Bukit Mertajam
- Kuala Lumpur- Setapak
- Possess Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant experience in general site supervision of high-rise building and landed properties
- Those with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Maintain daily reports and schedules
- Self motivates, mature and able to work independently
Executive - Contract
Location
- Pulau Pinang- Bayan Lepas
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Building or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant experience in development / construction field
- Well verse in project costing & cashflow, contract administration and tender documents
Supervisor - M&E
Location
- Pulau Pinang- Bayan Lepas/ Bukit Mertajam
- Kuala Lumpur- Setapak
- Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience in development / construction field
- Those with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Maintain daily reports and schedules
Executive - Project Planning/ Project Development
Location
- Pulau Pinang- Bukit Mertajam
- Diploma/ degree in Architecture, Town Planning or equivalent
- Preferable 3 years of relevant experience in property development
- Possess good understanding of building regulations, project implementation and tender precesses
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance
