Job Description

• Apply electrical engineering principles in system design, including preparation of electrical schematics, control panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and overall control architecture for industrial machinery and equipment.
• Participate in control panel fabrication, machine wiring, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and system improvement activities.
• Prepare, review, interpret, and manage electrical drawings, technical documents, software backups, and engineering records in accordance with assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental), as well as relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Identify technical risks, conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of engineering projects.
• Make engineering decisions with consideration for reliability, maintainability, safety, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and traceable engineering documentation in line with document control standards.
• Provide technical support during system breakdowns, servicing, and emergency situations when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, standardisation, and the adoption of best engineering practices within the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in electrical design, machine wiring, automation, maintenance, or project execution.
• Basic understanding of electrical drawings, industrial components, sensors, drives, and control systems.
• Familiarity with PLC programming platforms such as Mitsubishi GX Works and Omron CX-Programmer (or equivalent).
• Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical drafting.
• Competent in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting tasks.

• Flexible to work beyond normal hours during project commissioning or critical operational periods.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
