Job Brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic system engineer to join our technical services & delivery team. Your primary job scope is project implementations and support maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project implementation: Implement our solutions to meet the technological needs of our clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

2. Troubleshooting and support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our solutions. Provide timely and effective support to ensure seamless operation of our solutions.

3. Setting up demos or proof of concepts within the assigned technology and be able to perform a walk-through with the internal / customer on the key features including requirements from the customer.

4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with software developers, network engineers and other IT professionals to integrate our solutions.

5. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes and procedures.

6. Dedication and able to handle multiple workloads with minimal supervision with strong “accountability”.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a ICT field (Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline).

2. Experience of Systems Engineer or similar role.

3. Knowledge or hands-on experience in system OS, virtualization and cloud concepts and protocols.

4. Familiarity with basic networking principles and best practices.

5. Understanding of basic Cybersecurity knowledge such as VPN, 2FA, Encryption, PAM & IAM etc.

6. Good problem-solving and communication skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Willing to travel when required to customer sites for project implementation and support.

9. Resourcefulness: willing to “think-outside-the-box” in order to solve or workaround issues faced.

10. Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
