Full Time Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in EPS Ventures Johor - Maukerja

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of an Australian subsidiary, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, collections, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and general ledger postings.
• Ensure all transactions are processed and updated in the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and maintenance of full set of accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, management reports, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise closely with the subsidiary’s service team to ensure accurate job costing, timely updates on work order amendments, and proper billing.
• Provide support for brokerage vessel sales as required, including:
• Verification and maintenance of seller banking details and wire instructions
• Coordination with customers on deposits and payments
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of customer transactions
• Perform periodic reconciliation and reclassification of intercompany and intracompany transactions.
• Support tax compliance activities, including GST/VAT and withholding tax (Australia), and coordinate with external tax agents when required.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries.
• Collaborate with internal departments and regional teams to ensure smooth financial and operational coordination.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned by management to support business and operational needs

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
