Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist superior and team member as and when required.
  • Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing correspondence between the external bodies.
  • Design graphic design poster/ document/ letter/ presentation using Canva
  • Edit video using any apps.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged/ Minimum SPM/ Diploma in related field.
  • Candidate with experience are welcoming
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
