Crowne Plaza Penang Straits City is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Manager to lead and manage all event operations, ensuring successful delivery of meetings, conferences, weddings, and social functions. The role is responsible for maximizing event revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and social events.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from enquiry through event completion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Banquet, Kitchen, AV, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to secure bookings.
• Prepare event orders, budgets, and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Drive upselling opportunities to maximize event revenue.
• Lead and coach events team members to maintain high service standards.
• Handle on-site event management and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure all events comply with hotel and brand service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
