Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and passionate Social Media Intern to support our marketing and communications team in creating engaging digital content and growing BEYOND4’s online presence.

This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are interested in social media marketing, branding, content creation, startup ecosystems, and digital communications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing BEYOND4’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content including captions, posters, short videos, reels, and stories
• Support content planning and scheduling for campaigns and programme promotions
• Assist during events by capturing photos, videos, and live social media updates
• Monitor social media engagement, trends, and audience interactions
• Work closely with the marketing and programme team on branding initiatives
• Assist in basic video editing, graphic design, and presentation materials
• Research industry trends, startup news, and relevant content ideas

Qualification and Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Media, Digital Marketing, or related fields

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Good communication and writing skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Photography/videography skills are a bonus

Salary and Benefits:

• Allowance: RM800 – RM1,000/month
