We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate accounts, monitoring cash flow, and improving financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Prepare and submit SST, tax filings, and statutory reports
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies
• Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage
• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience (clinic/SME experience preferred)
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or Xero
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and compliance
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience in multi-branch business accounting (e.g., clinics, retail chains)
• Knowledge in payroll processing and HRDF/EPF/SOCSO submissions
• Experience in financial system setup or process improvement
• Familiarity with budgeting for healthcare or service-based businesses

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
