We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate accounts, monitoring cash flow, and improving financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Prepare and submit SST, tax filings, and statutory reports
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting

- Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience (clinic/SME experience preferred)
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or Xero
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and compliance
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience in multi-branch business accounting (e.g., clinics, retail chains)
- Knowledge in payroll processing and HRDF/EPF/SOCSO submissions
- Experience in financial system setup or process improvement
- Familiarity with budgeting for healthcare or service-based businesses
