Quantity Surveyor Intern (Internship)

Location: HQ, Cyberjaya
Department: Contract / Quantity Surveying
Job Type: Internship

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in quantity take-off and cost estimation
• Support preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documents
• Assist in sourcing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and organize project costing documents and reports
• Assist in contract administration and project documentation
• Support site measurement and valuation activities when required
• Maintain proper filing and records for QS-related documents
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of construction costing and contract administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
