Full Time PROJECT MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Angsana Tunas Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and review project plans, designs, and strategies in collaboration with architects, engineers, and surveyors

2. Create and manage project schedules, delegate tasks, and coordinate work among various teams and subcontractors

3. Oversee daily operations on site, monitor the quality of work, and ensure all construction activities align with project plans and standards

4. Enforce safety procedures, promote safe work practices, and ensure compliance to safety standards by Main Contractors/Client

5. Serve as liaison between clients, project teams, providing monthly progress reports and resolving emerging issues

6. Check & verify daily report and other reports prepared by Project teams

7. Manage Project Budget

8. Maintain a good relationship with client

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
