Internship in Finance Department

Job Description:
Quest Hotel Midport PD is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance Department. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of corporate finance. You will work to provide assistance and support in the daily tasks, such as budgeting, reporting, and data analysis, working closely with the team to gain insights into how financial decisions drive business success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Investigate and respond to vendor inquiries to ensure timely and accurate communication.
• Assist in daily accounting and finance operations.
• Help in data entry, invoice processing, and filing of financial documents.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Receive and sort incoming paper mail, helping to organize and distribute correspondence effectively.

Requirements:

• Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 3–6 months internship.
