Requirements

• Malaysian or Permanent Resident
• Possess min SPM, Diploma, Degree in any field.
• Experienced 2-3 years' leading and managing kitchen
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Asian Cuisine
• Fit to work and able to work in long hours.

Responsibility

• Lead, motivate and supervise the kitchen team and have full responsibility for the food and kitchen item.
• Maintain high level of food quality and production with the aim of exceeding dinners’ expectation.
• Need to have knowledge and focus on profit and loss.
• Responsible to order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Responsible to maintain and improve the kitchen standards and staff training programs.
• Ensures proper scheduling of staff in accordance to the expected workload.
• Ensures proper handling of equipment, prevents loss and damage to assets and goods.
• Manage the entire kitchen operation with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards & practices, staff training & development in consistency manner.
• Prepare and review SOP related to kitchen management and food preparation.
• Need to support Ad Hoc task for time to time.
