Job Summary

responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building infrastructure and facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and fixing issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems.

Job Responsibilities

1. troubleshoot faults in building systems and implement timely repairs.

2. assist in major repair projects and installations.

3. Ensure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards.

4. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

5. Records the performed maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs accurately.

6. Participate in emergency response procedures related to building safety.
