Kerja Sepenuh Masa Outlet Coordinator (Bakery), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di EZ River Empire (Damiral's Bread) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across 9 Damiral’s Bread outlets to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and profitability.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) to standardize operations across all outlets.
• Manage, train, and supervise outlet staff, ensuring consistent performance and a positive working environment.
• Plan and coordinate staff scheduling to ensure sufficient manpower, especially during peak hours and festive seasons.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across all outlets and handle customer feedback or complaints effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock ordering, and control wastage across outlets.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent supply of quality ingredients and materials.
• Support and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Coordinate and manage large-scale orders and corporate events.
• Ensure overall outlet compliance with company standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (preferred).
• Experience in retail and food & beverage (F&B) operations, preferably in bakery or similar industry.
• Proven experience in managing staff and handling multi-outlet operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
