Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily site activities and construction progress.
• Ensure project execution according to drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor project timeline and resolve site issues to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with CIDB requirements, OSHA 1994, and relevant Malaysian construction regulations.
• Enforce site safety practices and ensure PPE compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship standards.
• Monitor materials usage, deliveries, and site resources.
• Prepare and submit site progress reports to management.
• Attend site meetings, consultant meetings, and project coordination discussions.
• Handle site documentation including permits, reports, and daily site records.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years working experience in construction industry (with supervisory/site management experience).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination.
• Familiar with Malaysian construction standards and regulations.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office, project reporting tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
