1. Source and qualify suppliers for ingredients & packaging materials

2. Negotiate pricing with focus on cost saving & margin improvement

3. Manage contracts and supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost)

4. Monitor market trends (resin, sugar, freight) and provide early alerts

5. Ensure continuity of supply to support production plans

6. Lead dual sourcing / risk mitigation strategies

7. Support new product development (NPD) with sourcing solutions

8. Strong negotiation (especially with regional suppliers)

9. Analytical mindset (cost structure, price trend tracking)

10. Good stakeholder management (Production, QA, Finance)

11. Crisis handling (shortage, shipment delay, price spikes)

12. Added Advantages

- Experience in PET preform / bottle sourcing

- Knowledge of hot-fill / aseptic packaging

- Exposure to co-packing / OEM beverage production

- Experience managing high SKU / high volume environment

- Raw materials: sugar, flavoring, CO₂

- Packaging materials: PET preform, bottles, caps, shrink film, cartons

- Inventory planning & safety stock coordination

- Food safety & compliance (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000)

- Packaging specifications & compatibility

- Lead time risks for imported materials

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
