Position Title : Field Service Engineer

Industry: Water & Wastewater Management

Location: Labuan

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8 hours per day)

Employment Type : Contract with PERSOL until 30 June 2027 (renewable based on performance & business needs)

Salary Range: RM2,500 - RM4,500 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution, insurance medical benefits & leave

What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting customer operations by:

• Conducting routine water analysis and monitoring system performance
• Ensuring chemical injection systems run efficiently
• Providing on-site troubleshooting and technical support
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and service quality
• Supporting the commercial team in sales activities
• Managing chemical inventory to prevent operational disruptions
• Continuously developing technical and application knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Applied Chemistry
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• 1 - 5 years of experience in water treatment / water chemistry have an added advantage
• Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license
• Willing to be based in Labuan (accommodation not provided)
