Position : Sales Specialist
Salary : RM 3,500 – RM 5,000
Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong
Working Days : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering effective solution-based sales strategies. This role focuses on managing the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer engagement throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits independently or with team members
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to support business opportunities
- Identify and develop new leads through networking, cold calling, and market outreach activities
- Follow up on sales pipeline activities, approvals, and payment collections to ensure smooth sales processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotations and customized solutions for clients
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts, and provide updates to management
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service quality and sales effectiveness
- Support ad-hoc sales, client engagement, and business development initiatives when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of sales experience with proven client relationship management skills
- Experience in System Integration (SI) or POS industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
- Strong analytical thinking with a customer-centric mindset

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
