Pistachios Bakery is a growing bakery brand focused on consistency, and refined taste. Our central kitchen supports multiple outlets pastry and cake production.

We are seeking a skilled Pastry & Cake Chef Assistant who takes pride in precision, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production of cakes, pastries, and desserts with high consistency
• Assist in cake finishing and decoration.
• Ensure strict adherence to standard recipes and production SOPs
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, organisation, and efficiency
• Support senior chefs in product refinement and quality control
• Monitor ingredient handling and minimise wastage

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years and above hands-on experience in pastry / cake production
• Solid foundation in baking techniques and cake decoration skills
• Experience in central kitchen or high-volume production preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of consistency and finishing quality
• Able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Positive attitude, disciplined, and committed to professional growth

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
