Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Live Streaming Assistant to support our live commerce operations, primarily on TikTok and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating live streaming sessions, producing short-form video content, analyzing performance data, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in TikTok live streaming, e-commerce operations, or digital content production, particularly within the skincare and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities1. Live Streaming Operations

• Coordinate live streaming hosts and assist with schedule adjustments when required
• Support hosts across different shifts to ensure smooth live streaming sessions
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
• Prepare products, studio setup, and equipment before live sessions
• Shoot high-quality short videos for TikTok advertisements
• Organize and compile raw footage for editing and content production
• Monitor live streaming performance and gather analytics for reporting
• Stay updated with current skincare and beauty trends to enhance content relevance

2. Live Streaming Video Analysis & Content Strategy

• Evaluate video quality, engagement potential, and brand alignment
• Plan creative direction including concepts, shot lists, and storyboards
• Analyze video performance metrics and audience behavior for continuous improvement
• Edit videos and adapt content according to TikTok trends and best practices

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

(Experience in E-commerce, TikTok, or Shopee live stream operations is an added advantage)

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest and knowledge in skincare and beauty products
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work rotational shifts:
• Normal working days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Campaign days: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
